DESCRIPTION:<p align=\\"justify\\">The International Symposium on Computer-Based Medical Systems (CBMS 2010) will be held in Perth\, Western Australia in October 12-15\, 2010. DESCRIPTION:<p>The theme of this years’ conference is “Enabling Clinical Transformation”\, but papers on any aspect of health informatics are welcome. There are two formats for paper submission\:</p>
 <p>a. Short Paper – 2 pages maximum (not including references)<br />b. Standard Paper – 6 pages maximum (not including references)</p>
 <p><strong>Paper categories include\:<br /></strong>Scientific Papers / Future Vision Papers / Reviews / Practice Notes and Case studies</p>
 <p>It is expected that standard–length scientific papers will subsequently be accepted into the HINZ journal – Healthcare Informatics Review Online\, but all accepted paper authors are encouraged to consider submitting to this journal after the conference. All papers are reviewed in a double-blind fashion. A prize is awarded for the best student paper/presentation\, if the main author is a student\, please indicate this on the submission form.</p>
