HEALTH-e-NATION'08 REGISTRATION
This year, HIC'08 will be held just prior to CHIK's Health-e-Nation‘08 conference on Wednesday 3 September at the Melbourne Convention Centre. Delegates registering to attend HIC'08 and the Health-e-Nation'08 Conferences will be entitled to a total discount of $100. For further details on CHIK's Health-e-Nation'08 conference, please go to the CHIK website http://www.health-e-nation.com.au/. *Delegates must be registered as a full HIC'08 and Health-e-Nation delegate to qualify for the $100 discount.
You can select to register for Health-e-Nation'08 at the end of the HIC'08 online regsitration process. Doing this will automatically activate your $100 discount.

PAYMENT
Payment may be made by cheque/bank draft in Australian currency to HISA and forwarded to 413 Lygon Street East Brunswick Vic 3057 Australia. HISA also accepts payment by credit card - Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Registration
- Cancellations received on or before 20 July 2008, will be accepted and fees refunded less AUD$100 administrative fee.
- From 21 July 2008, there will be no refund, however substitution of registration will be accepted. Please advise HISA of any changes to the registration.

CAR PARKING
Car parking is available close to the Convention Centre entering from Siddeley Street. The rates are Early Bird $10.00 for entry prior to 9.00am Monday to Friday, or maximum $26.00/day per entry. Weekend $10.00 per 24 hours (from 6.00am Saturday until 6.00am Monday).

TRANSPORT FROM AND TO MELBOURNE AIRPORT
Melbourne Airport is located 20 km or 25 minutes from central Melbourne. A taxi fare is approx AUD$40 to AUD$45. A shuttle bus, Sky Bus, operates between the Airport and the city centre. The service runs approximately every 30 minutes at a cost of AUD$15 each way. Drop off points are located throughout the city centre close to hotels and facilities.
