Terms and Conditions
- To secure accommodation, a minimum of one night's deposit is required.
- Accommodation bookings at the rates quoted will be accepted up until 30 July 2008.
- After 30 July 2008, accommodation will be subject to availability. Please contact HISA office.
- Change of Booking: Any change to a reservation must be notified in writing to the HISA office.
- Refund/Cancellation: Notification of accommodation cancellation must be received in writing at HISA office thirty days prior to arrival date, otherwise the accommodation deposit will be forfeited in all instances.
- The standard check in time is 2.00pm and check out time 10.00am. To guarantee availability of room for early check in, it is recommended the room is booked the previous night.
