- - Is there explicit recognition of the personal health record and what are the implications
- - Definition of how customers must be informed about the transfer of information
- - What about health records which have multiple patients information
- o how are these handled
- o family history/ fertility/ paternity
- o teenage/parents
- - Look at existing projects which deal with these issues and look at how they handle this
