Louise Schaper Louise’s appointment as CEO of HISA came on the back of 10 years of experience in, and applied passion for, health informatics. With a background as an occupational therapist and a PhD on technology acceptance amongst healthcare professionals, Louise is a world leader in allied health informatics. In addition to her role with HISA, Louise is part of NEHTA’s Clinical Leads team and chairs the E-Health International Advisory Group of the World Federation of Occupational Therapists.

Maureen Pang Maureen is HISA’s Event Coordinator and lead specialist in the Event management system. Maureen has over 15 years experience managing successful national and international conferences and exhibition. Her extensive knowledge spans all aspects of conferencing from speaker, sponsorship, exhibition, registration, venue, accommodation and web management. Maureen diplomatically liaises and communicates with the organising committee, sponsors, exhibitors, delegates and conference stakeholders to achieve a successful outcome

Pauline Taylor Pauline is HISA’s Event and finance Coordinator. Pauline brings a wealth of experience, not only from the meetings and events industry in which she has worked over 10 years but in banking, finance, insurance and HR . Pauline’s enthusiasm to help those wishing to pursue a career in conferencing has been realised by teaching hospitality and event management and being a mentor to students in their final year of study.

Carolyn Lawson Carolyn is an Event Co-Ordinator and HISA's Membership Manager, she has a strong background in customer service. She has experience in Inbound Tourism and Event Management together with a Diploma in Tourism Hospitality / Event Management. Carolyn's experience in conferences includes (but is not limited to) venue and speaker management, delegate registrations, pre and post conference tours and partners programs.

Biba Ignjatovic Biba is HISA's marketing coordinator. She is an internationally experienced web designer specialising in on-line marketing and site production. Her passion for communication, language and art led her to a BA in Linguistics and Literature. She has a keen interest in the development of effective communications in the health and not for profit segments.

Kira After stepping-aside for Bo Obama, Kira joined HISA in late 2009. Her role at HISA is largely self-determined and involves floor crumb detail, OH&S (she has implemented a strict no-running policy) and generally spreading the love to all who enter our domain.
