It’s good timing for HISA to announce a newly formed special interest group which will identify – and tackle – the latest cybersecurity challenges in healthcare. Cybersecurity was in the news as well as widely discussed by delegates at HISA’s Health Data Analytics conference in Brisbane this week.

NEXT STEPS

The group is open to everyone and representation is encouraged from all areas of healthcare. In the short term the group will:

  1. Formalise a core working group with terms of reference.
  2. Agree on a collaboration method
  3. Identify and prioritise areas to focus– based on stakeholder recommendations.
  4. Have a lot of fun collaborating and sharing our special skills.

Please complete the Expression of Interest here if you would like to participate.

We look forward to working with you.

Prof Trish Williams, HISA Board Director & CISCO Chair and Professor of Digital Health Systems Flinders University
