NI 2020 Nurses and midwives in the digital age

The theme for NI 2020 is nursing and midwifery in the digital age. Submissions for can be in the form of a paper, workshop, panel or poster.

Papers are original contribution that either describes a study, a novel system, methodology, or new insights from research or practice. A paper is shared by 15-minute oral presentation.

Workshops are aimed at engaging the audience and collaboratively working around a specific theme. Facilitators work with attendees over 90 or 180 minutes to achieve learning objectives.

A panel is typically 90 minutes and features 3-5 panellists who are thought leaders in their field. Panels provide the opportunity to engage with the audience and have deeper conversations.

A poster illustrates pilot research, research in progress, or the design of a system or process, with a clear statement of the degree of innovation and key learning to date.

Accepted papers will be published in a full open access IOS Press series of Studies in Health Technology and Informatics and indexed in PubMed.
