Brisbane South PHN

Brisbane South PHN (BSPHN) supports primary health providers – GPs and allied health professionals – to provide coordinated, efficient and effective medical services to patients, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes … the right care in the right place at the right time. These objectives will be achieved by working directly with general practitioners, other primary health care providers, secondary care providers and hospitals to ensure improved outcomes for patients. BSPHN is one of 31 PHNs created across Australia that works to address local health needs and national health priorities for targeted work: mental health, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, population health, health workforce, eHealth and aged care.
