NIA 2016 is Australia’s only dedicated event featuring nursing informatics presentations – AND it has an impressive 20+ year history!

Nursing Informatics Australia (NIA), a special interest group of HISA, is pleased to invite you to participate in NIA 2016, Australia’s Nursing Informatics Forum, to be held at the Crowne Plaza Melbourne on Sunday 24 July 2016.

The theme of the conference is: The Role of the Nurse in Digital Health Innovation for Consumers, Clinicians, Connectivity, and the Community. This provides nurses from all clinical settings to consider the different aspects of innovation and the digital transformation of the healthcare sector, and the central role that information and health informatics brings. The conference will provide a platform for nursing leadership, knowledge exchange, and to debate the current and future health system.
