Event Navigation

A teaser for her keynote at HIC, hear Patti discuss information technologies for self management by patients.
Mobile technologies and wearable devices support self-monitoring and care management in people’s everyday life, whether at home, work or school. Having a window into the person’s life can enable clinicians to better understand the health practices and health concerns of the individual, and to intervene in the moment. This webinar will use the experiences of Project HealthDesign, a program designed to accelerate better engagement in person health through technology, to show how clinicians and patients can design and use technologies to accelerate progress towards health!
