Personalising interactions to build a better patient experience
Join us for networking and breakfast to explore a view of the next wave of healthcare solutions and technology that are personalised and focused on improving the user experience.
Client experiences and lessons will be shared on the Health360 Engagement Centre, an industry-leading population health and consumer experience solution that provides the foundation to create a patient “golden record,” personalise interactions, and create a better overall care experience.
This will be of great interest for any organisation which has implemented electronic medical records and wants to go the next step and personalise interactions with patients. Imagine how much better the healthcare experience would be if every member of the care team knew every patient’s name.
Andrea Darcy, Head of Strategy & Operations, Bupa Teleheath, Customer Experience will share her insights on BUPA’s aspirations for enabling holistic relationships with their customers, personalising advice whenever they need it.
We will discuss how to:
Create a single source of truth by aggregating disconnected patient information into a single patient file
Deliver personalization at scale by easily handling high volumes of patient data
Improve care quality and efficiency continually by building a powerful data set and seamlessly adding on new capabilities over time
