Terms of Use

Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through the HISA Jobs Board. You are agreeing to be contractually bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated, do not use this website or associated services. HISA may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon publishing the modified agreement. HISA complies with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Posting/Advertising

All postings to this site must comply with the Australian Human Rights Commissions Guidelines and Australian Competition and Consumer Commission Job Ads guidelines. If jobs do not adhere to the guidelines, HISA reserves the right to alter, edit, or remove any data posted. In this instance no refunds will be provided.

HISA guarantees to advertise your job, as per your selected package terms of service, barring computer outages, software failure and other technical and non-technical issues that may cause temporary outages that HISA cannot be held liable for. This site makes no guarantees as to the level of success a user may achieve by using this site or its services. You shall not be entitled to any refund, rebate or retribution for usage that You determine to be unsuccessful. A refund will only be provided if a request is received in writing to [email protected] within 24 hours of posting the job. After this, no refunds will be provided. Refunds will not be given if You have changed your mind.

If the position is no longer available before the 60 days and still appears on this site, it is the organisations responsibility to advise HISA it should be removed.

 

General Provisions

This site or its services may not be used for any illegal or unlawful purposes. HISA reserves the right to terminate usage by any party that HISA deems questionable.

No party may upload any offensive or hurtful items or hyperlinks to offensive or hurtful materials. Additionally no items may be uploaded that are designed to damage the systems (ex. Viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, etc.) or designed to crack the system or extract protected data.

No party may enter data that does not belong to them. You may not enter data for another user. This shall include, but not be limited to, the listing of job opportunities. You may not post job openings that are not for Your company. The only exception to this is if You represent an ad agency, recruitment firm, or another third party recruitment service, with permission to post on a company’s behalf.

No party may distribute what HISA defines as protected materials to any third party. This may include contact data, passwords, discounts, etc. This includes the sharing of protected data with other site users.

 

Copyright and trademarks

Copyright in the material and trademarks on this Site are owned by HISA Limited ABN 80 097 598 742 unless otherwise indicated and you agree not to infringe any intellectual property rights owned by HISA.

 

Disclaimers and Limitations of Warranties

HISA makes no guarantees as to the accuracy or truthfulness of any data posted on the Job Board. Any damage You incur by Your reliance upon this information is not the responsibility of HISA or its affiliates or partners. By using this Job Board, You assume all responsibility for and risk arising from Your use of and reliance upon the contents of this Job Board.

References and links to products and services belonging to third parties are provided for Your convenience and do not represent an endorsement by HISA of such products or services.

You assume all liabilities and risks associated with Your interaction with individuals You come into contact with through the usage of the services accessible through the Job Board.

 

Termination of Job Board and Job Board Access

HISA reserves the right to change the contents of this site or to discontinue it at any time, as well as the right to deny access to the site to any person whom HISA has reasonable grounds to believe may be using the Job Board for an unlawful or unauthorised purpose or in a manner that may harm HISA or any other third party.
